REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for Coaching, Consulting, Training, Speaking and Mentoring services or Product Sales once purchased. Once your deposit has been received and/or full payment is rendered, it is non-refundable. However, it can be used as credit towards other services or future packages.
PRODUCT SALES
All sales are final on downloadable products, including audio, video and books. Notify us promptly if you are experiencing issues.
COMPANY- CANCELLATION POLICY
Jourdain Group LLC and Joy Multiplied Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, sessions or events in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately in writing and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a refund if applicable.
CLIENT- CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a scheduled session, a written notice must be submitted before 72 hours of the original start date. The session can be rescheduled, but must be completed within 30 days. If it is not rescheduled within that time, it will be forfeited and must be repurchased again. Email contact@rashidajourdain.com
RESCHEDULING

NO SHOWS
If the client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment or session, the time, deposit & fee are forfeited. A maximum of two no shows will result in permanent unavailability for future Jourdain Group LLC & Joy Multiplied services.
DONATION & CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS (Joy Multiplied Inc)
Joy Multiplied Inc. accepts contributions through this website in support of our mission and programs.
If you believe an error has been made in connection with an online donation, send an email to donations@joymultiplied.com. We will work with you to correct the error, and if necessary, provide the appropriate correction or refund.
If you change your mind about donating online for any reason, we will honor your decision for a return of your donation as long as the request for return is made in writing within 7 calendar days of the original contribution. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card used for the original donation.
